On-site Scheduled Visits

Our dedicated MCSE and Cisco certified engineers can visit your site to fix particular problems that cannot be solved remotely, or simply 'floor-walk' to check that everything is running smoothly. Many of our customers choose to save up minor IT issues until their scheduled visit so that they can talk through a range of options face-to-face, or get some training on a problem they have been struggling with.

We like to think of regular on-site visits as human proactive monitoring. They can include (but are not limited to):
